Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Art Haus and Co only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
My pen arrived, but it feels "scratchy." What do I do?
Don't panic! Sometimes a new nib or refill needs a "break-in" period. Try writing a few figure-eights on some scrap paper. If it still doesn't feel right, contact us within 14 days.ย
How often do you restock "Sold Out" items?
Because we source from companies in Japan and South Korea, restocks can take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks. The best way to stay in the loop is to sign up for newsletter for on the product pageโour email subscribers always get first dibs.
Why should I buy from a boutique shop instead of a big retailer?
When you buy from us, you're supporting a team that actually uses the products. You get vetted compatibility, expert support, and the knowledge that your items were hand-inspected for quality. Plus, we find the "hidden gems" from overseas that the big-box stores simply don't have the time to track down.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast to get your gear to you! You can change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, itโs likely already in our "Lab" being packed. If you need a change after that window, just reach out and weโll do our best to catch it before it ships.
What happens if my items arrive damaged?
Stationery is delicate, and we take packing seriously (plenty of bubble wrap and sturdy boxes). However, if the post office was a little too rough and your items arrived damaged, please take a photo and email us at contact@arthausancco.com within 48 hours. Weโll get a replacement (if in stock) or refund sent out faster than you can say "New Pen Day."
