Atย Art Haus & Co., we strive to get your orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping (US Only)

We only ship to the United States at this time.ย 

  • Shipping Rates:ย 

    • Standard Shipping (5 to 8 business days): $5.00

    • Priority Shipping (1 to 4 business days): $10.00

    • Free Shipping for orders over $45 (5 to 8 business days)ย 
  • Carriers: We primarily use USPS to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Origin: All orders are shipped from our facility in Chandler, Arizona.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Delays

While we do our absolute best to ensure your art arrives on time, please note that occasional transit delays can happen due to USPS operational disruptions, peak holiday seasons, or severe weather conditions.

f your tracking status hasn't updated for a few days, we kindly ask for your patience as packages often get back on track quickly. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@arthausandco.com and we will gladly help look into it.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Art Haus & Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Art Haus & Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • Marked as Delivered: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging material and damaged goods. Contact us at contact@arthausandco.com within 7 days with photos of the damage so we can assist you in filing a claim or finding a resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
